Main characteristics: After 156 years colonized by The United Kingdom, the terrain of Hong Kong came back to be under China control in July 1st, 1997 (that’s why there is the flag on the right from China).

First appearance: First appearance: I don’t have this information.
Constant appearances: I don’t have a clue. The only Honk Kong’s magazine I’ve found was this one, translated into Chinese from the American comic book “Lobo: Portrait of a Victim”.
Note: Curiously, the information on the magazine cover (the letters are small in the footnote where it’s written that the magazine is suggested for mature readers) they are both in Chinese and English.
